Help 03 T4r Sport

The center control for my A/C is out, is dosn't illuminate when i turn lights on, the A/C light lights up but not the whole round knob. I tried to turn it, pull it, guess i got to go behind it .IS IT JUST A BULB, IF SO HOW DO I REPLACE IT.
