Help Busted my Harmonic balancer holding bracket clean off!

I NEED help to try to figure this one out.

97 with 225,000 miles with rebuilt engine with 70,000 on it.

I'm not one to not do my homework before starting any project. I did my homework! But Murphy's law came into play here..
OK, so I made the special crank pulley holding tool. ( see photo)
and had all the 1/2" breaker bars and 6 point hardened sockets, even a 550lb. 1/2 air wrench! ( although my compressor was not up to snuff as far as SCFM ) so the wrench did not work anywhere near it's stated force.)
I could not budge the crank bolt..
so now comes what now seems like the largest blunder... I heard this guy on youtube, say to heat up the bolt with a propane torch and it will just come free.. ( no knowing the interior of the balancer that holds the metal front plate with the holding bracket ( 3/8 holes for special tool )
I guess the torch softened up the rubber and on my next attempt with a 6 ft breaker bar up out of the top of the engine I busted the center of the balancer right off... ( see photo )
Now I am trying to figure out a way to even get the nut off at all!!
the balancer is now toast.. so what I have to do to it to get it of does not matter anymore. and staying at TDC does not even seem important anymore either.. that can be done later.

Anyone got any good ideas??
a couple of thoughts/questions:
1. would a really powerful air wrench with proper sized compressor remove it.. say 1000lb. reverse?

drill out the balancer with new holes...( if I can get in there with a drill that will work that is..)
It has an Automatic trany.. so putting it in gear seems like it will do nothing..right. ?
ANY help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Assume you are 4x WTF on Yotatech. So did you try the starter bump approach??

If you really won't try that, there is an old farmer's trick to pull a spark plug and fill the cylinder with rope. I just can't guarantee you wouldn't damage something inside given the major torque this is going to need. At this point, trying the torch again, plus a few sharp, but not extreme hammer shots to the bolt head (don't want to break a bearing, too) might be worth a try.

I don't know what is left on the crankshaft, but can you wrap a chain or belt around it to provide a rotation brake?

yeah that's me from other forum.. just hedging my bet at getting good feedback. I did try the starter this ..several times<it did not work.I tried it by putting the breaker bar right against the frame and zip tied it on, and I tried it so the breaker bar came up and hit the frame as well. ( that method seems the most dangerous and likely to strip the threads on the nut on impact. )
if I strip that nut!!. I'm even deeper in the hole i dug myself into.

as I mentioned this was a rebuilt engine they must have really laid into it with an impact wrench to get it this tight.

I will try heating it up again and try to wack it.. I have 2 5 inch c-clamps on the balancer.. which btw is fully intact on the outside.. the center is what you are seeing busted off.. again I can;t believe the interior of the balancer is rubber..( the part you are to attach the special tool to hold the balancer from moving, I guess it;s rubber for a reason.

thanks for you reply!

To prevent this vibration, a harmonic balancer is attached to the front part of the crankshaft. The damper is composed of two elements: a mass and an energy dissipating element. The mass resists the acceleration of the vibration and the energy dissipating (rubber/clutch/fluid) element absorbs the vibrations.
