Help Can you Diagnose This Leak

On my 2011 4runner Limited has a leak on my right passanger side with too much water in the carpet what is the issue? It has a rear “A/C”

I am a new owner of my 2011 4runner limited.

Most likely clogged a/c drain hose or might be disconnected in the car.
