Help Choosing Wheels for 4th Gen

Right now I'm leaning towards the Moto Metal MO970 Wheels 17X8 with 00MM offset. They also make them in 17X9 with -12 Offset. I will be getting new tires as well and they would be either be 285/70/17 or 295/70/17. I want to go as large as possible without rubbing all over the place. Currently I have the 3" Toytec Bilstein lift and SPC UCA's. I only rub at full lock on the front passenger side sway bar with stock SR5 17" wheels and 265/70/17's. My UCA on one side is less than an inch away from hitting the inside of the tire. I want to move a little further away from the UCA and still not get any closer to the body while turning. So what do you all think is the best wheel and tire combo? I know the TRD wheels are 0MM and 17X7's. I'm guessing I'll be half inch each way because of the extra 1" rim width on the 17x8. I don't off road since it's a 2WD but want it to look aggressive.
Your thoughts and guidance are appreciated.

I went with American Outlaw Ranger wheels... very modest price. My wheels are 17" x 8.5" with a -6mm offset and 4.5" backspace. I run BFG KO2 All terrain 285/70R17 tires. I have no issues with my uca, although I am running Icon uniball uca's. I am getting a tiny bit of rub at the rear of the front fender wells at full lock and I intend on doing a body mount chop to fix that...not a big deal for the size of tires I'm running

Check out the level 8 trackers. not too pricey and look nice. One thing I dont like is the fake bead locks. why have something fake on your wheels? makes no sense.
