Help, creaking noise front end

I have been slowing replacing as much of the front end rubber on my 96 as possible but still have a noise up front. Not sure what it could be.

Previous owner lifted it with bilsteins and "tall" 99 springs right before I bought it. Within a couple months, some really loud groaning and creaking was happening mainly with braking at slow speeds or going over bumps. I replace the lower ball joints and outer tie rod ends. This did nothing to stop the noises. Next I replaced the lower control arm bushings and steering rack bushings. Amazing how disintegrated the LCA bushings were. This helped quite a bit but still had quite a bit of popping and creaking. A week ago I replaced the upper ball joints and upper control arm bushings. This really improved the ride and feel of the suspension and for a while seemed perfectly quiet. I was so happy. I thought I finally had done everything that I could but now a week later I am noticing some more creaky pops, not too loud but I want to figure out what it is.
It happens at slow speed when changing direction from L to R or R to L. Like it pops as the weight of the front end shifts from one side to the other.
Any ideas? The sway bar end links look to be in good shape as well as the sway bar bushings. I can't think of anything else I could replace.

wouldn't hurt to check the inner tie rod ends.

My 4th gen does that L to R pop/tap when the cam bolts are not torqued properly...lower control arm.
Maybe recheck the bolts you have been playing with.

Any poly bushings? Nice to have on sway bar (IMO) but can get squeaky AF

Tighten the "HELL" out of the LCA cambolts. With the front end of the truck off the ground, mark the cam graduations, then loosen the cam bolts a little. Lower the front end and tighten the bolts up. Make sure the LCAs are at the same settings before you tighten them. Doing one side at a time should eliminate any chance of movement. You can do the same to the UCAs (minus marking the cams of course)

Also, make sure the sway bar links are tight on the LCA. They may look tight but may move when weight is shifted. You could verify if this is the source by disconnecting the link at the swaybar and seeing if the noise goes away.

Don't forget the rear bushings either. If your front were bad then your rears may be in bad shape too.

That helps. But god I hope it's not the lca cam bolts lol.
Those things are a nightmare.
I took it to a shop near my house to get it aligned and they said they had to torque them to 250 ft/lbs to get them tight. I used some pricey ones from Napa with a grease fitting.
I'll update once I get back under there. Kinda cold up here in Flagstaff but hopefully I'll be able to start working in my garage, I think I sold my sports car.
