I am pulling the trigger on an OME setup later this week......
Had them on my last runner and loved em!

I know that doesnt help you, but just another idea....
If you are dead set on 4" (which you can only get via drop bracket lifts, and which only allow for larger tires and do nill for ground clearance) I would go with the pro-comps out of the ones you listed. I say this because I have a friend with an f150 and a 6" (i think) procomp lift and its pretty nice, goes well with a ford ;)

Superlift will give you ALL the brackets you need for the front and rear. Pro Comp you have to upgrade to the stage 2 kit for the rear brackets. I have the Superlift and for a bracket lift, it seems to be the best of them all.

What size tires are you looking to run? If no bigger than 33's I would just go BJ Spacers up front and coils int he rear.
