Help diagnose this whining noise

Sounds like an alternator or power steering pump to me, but the PS pump feels fine and doesn't weep or groan under stress. Leaning towards the alternator. The timing belt was changed 50k miles ago. Not sure on the water pump. I assume it was changed at the same time. Any ideas? I know the video isn't the best quality, but the whine isn't very loud either. Thanks in advance.

Yeah. It whines with RPMs, so I'm pretty sure it's something belt-driven.

I was thinking I had the same problem as you. With my truck, I only hear the whining when I hit the gas from a dead stop then it goes away as I gain speed. I'm thinking something drivetrain related with me though. I've read a few threads about the whinning noise and if it happens constantly, theres a possibility of the torque converter going out. How many miles do you have?

192k miles, but this is definitely something at the front of the motor.

My alternator is making a sound as well what i had to do to figer it out was take the belt off start the truck then if it still made the sound then it wasnt the alternator so then u pull off the power stear pump belt and if it still made the sound it would be eather the water pump or timming belt pullys going out.
