Help diagnosing front end ping/ metal to metal

Can anyone identify this sound at 17 sec mark? Started after replacing toyotec upper/ OEM lower control arms, powerstop calipers and store brand rotors, bluepit bearings, and OEM cv axles on both sides.

IÂ’ve had two alignments since. Double checked all torque specs. I took wheel off and inspected. DidnÂ’t see any signs of metal/ metal contact.

Sound only comes from the left front. Happens intermittently when stopping. Usually when I am backing into a parking spot after driving for a bit.

I think I found a YouTube video with the noise. Break pad not manufactured correctly and moving in slide. Going to check it out today.
