Help Fixing Tweaked Lower Control Arm

Hey Guys, I'm rebuilding a spare set of LCA's. The inner distance between the bushings on one LCA doesn't look right. I measured 260mm on both LCA's on my vehicle as well as the one on the left. The one on the right is 257.5mm.

What is the best way to move it back out? I was thinking a bottle jack and some heat on tweaked bushing. Thanks for any suggestions.

I agree with Tim, but I would also be careful because he and pressure can change the metallurgy of steel.

Some guys say it doesn't matter but I would personally weld on some kind of a small reinforcement once you have it done.
Like a plate or something.

Just my two cents
