Okay, i have done some searching but maybe not searching quite enough? I plan to put fog lights into my T4R but not sure how. It looks pretty simple but just want to learn more before i do it myself. I don't want anything fancy like the PIAA circular fog lights like every T4R has but i just want a square ones that could light up most of the road when i'm driving. What would i need after i purchase a pair of fog lights? Would i need to add another fuse to my box? Do i need to take apart my bumper and drill a hole to mount it? I never done this before but plan to do this myself just so i can learn from what i am doing. I plan to put it in between my chrome bumper and my valance. thanks.

Most aux lights you buy will come with the wiring harness which includes a fuse and a relay (relay isn't necessary though). If it doesn't come with a wiring harness, the harness can be bought separately at auto parts stores.

The lights connect directly to the batter terminal with an in line fuse on the harness so you don't need to add anthing to your fuse box.

I'm not familiar with the 4runner bumper so not sure if you'll have to remove it. Since your bumper is chrome and not plastic like the 4th gens, you can probably mount directly to the bumper.

Adding aux lights is very easy, don't worry too much about it. I installed mine and it was the first time I've done.

Like sharp4runr said easy...if the 3rd gen is like the 2nd gen it is only 6 bolts that hold the bumper on 4 under the front brackets and 1 in each wheel well. you would need to remove the bumper to mount them. also you might want to get a switch from the dealer if you want the look inside to be more factory, the one that comes with most lights is pretty generic.
