Help from my T4R peeps?

Running a forum is not easy, especially starting one from scratch. I can give a bit of respect to Greg and Thai for hanging in there. (go back to the oldest posts in different forums, lol... lots of just Thai answering questions!)

Well, Im hoping that you guys can help me out.

Ive got a harder problem in that my website is more regional as this one is a national board.
