Help, I am looking for some model year info.

I have this pipe dream that one day in the distant future when I am stinking rich I will buy a manual V6 4Runner and make it a street machine. From what I have read, manual was only availible until 2000, but I have been unsucessful in finding a manual V6 from that year or below, only manual 4cyl. ones. Did they offer the V6 paired with a stick or only auto?

did a quick run through on MSN Autos, found that of the 2000 models, it is only available for the V6 on the SR5 4WD model.

Look it up on MSN for more info on years and transmission types.
