Help identifying mystery plug on 5VZ-FE

Hey y'all,
So I noticed this for the first time yesterday and I'm having a hard time figuring out if something's unplugged. I have no CEL.
This is right behind the inner wheel well on the drivers side, under the exhaust headers.
1998 Limited with rear locker.

That 2nd one looks like the Oil pressure switch

Looks like you are in serious need of some VC gaskets and seals.

Stock oil pressure sensor (the one close to the filter)? The other one I would have to crawl under the T4R to give an opinion.

Being a Canadian I got the first one!

That's an add on block heater that sits in a frost plug port. Yours is currently missing it's cord. I put one of these in every car I have owned.

Looks like you are in serious need of some VC gaskets and seals.

I'd also check around the oil cooler. It is low on the drivers side of the block, and is prone to leaks. Mine made a mess of that side of the block, steering rack, etc because of a bad o-ring and washer seal.

I had a ton of old oil all over the steering rack too. I just tightened every bolt on the VC, they were all so loose I could manipulate them by hand.
Gave the side of the engine a good scrub too so I can watch for more oil.
