Help installing radio

I have a 97 4runner and I am trying to install a new radio I got. Everything is going well I just have a couple questions. First off the wiring harness that came with the radio has two parts to it and the plug for cars stock radio is only one piece and neither parts of the wiring harness kit fit on it, they are too small. My second question is what is the other smaller plug in that looks like another antenna plug?

I bought the radio off sonicelectronix and it said it came with everything I needed for an install. This is my first radio install and I kinda hit a wall. The radio is a single din pioneer if that means anything.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

1- My guess is you have a factory amp, not all 4runners do. It is a silver box that sits just below the factory stereo. Undo the two screws to lift it up. You'll see a wiring harness going into it; that harness should match the one you bought. You can leave the amp out, or screw it back in if you want.

2- Your 4runner has two antennas. The power mast uses the big plug. There is also a window antenna in one of the rear windows, and that uses the smaller plug. You can just leave it out. Don't forget to wire in the new stereo's remote lead to the power antenna turn-on in your harness.
