Help. Major Brake issue

After short drive I found left front brake smoking. My first thought was - frozen caliper. I replaced that with brand new unit just to find out new brake caliper does not fully release the disk as well. What can possibly cause this? ABS speed sensor, master cylinder? Any ideas before I have to take it to dealer and have it diagnosed?

Not sure on a Toyota, but on Chevy it would be the rubber soft line between the hard line and caliper.

Start at the problem and work your way back with the basics. Is the rotor in proper alignment? Are the sliders on the caliper lubed and moving? How is the pad wear? Do the brake lines look ok? Could be a doa caliper or stuck sliders?
