Help - make left turn and AC blower makes grinding noise?

My bet would be the bushing in the fan motor... As stated before, inspect it and you will find out pretty quickly!

I pulled the AC air filter and cleaned. It was fairly dirty.
I pulled the motor out.
Cleaned the fan / wheel with vents that spins (it had a tiny bit of debris)
Lubed with spray lube.
Reinstalled.
It is quieter. Still a little grinding.
How do you tell if bushing in the motor are bad?
