Help me diagnose this sounds...

So last week with the help of Jay (driffter33) we installed my 1" body lift. Everything went smooth and we had it done in no time. A day or two later I started hearing this weird little rattle type sound. At first I thought it was the gas or brake pedal making the sound, but that wasn't it and I'm positive it's coming from somewhere in the steering Column. Its a weird finicky sound that isn't always there, but it's there enough to bother me especially since Ive never heard it before...

It tends to be the most noticeable when I first drive the car in the morning and will usuay fade throughout the day. It sounds like someone is doing morse code or perhaps a washer or something is jingling around??? Unfortunately it's a little difficult to drive the car and be looking down there at the same time :/

Also...when the sound is occuring if I turn the wheel left or right it will seize, but come back when the wheel is straight.

If this has any bearing on the situation... We installed the bl on the drivers side first and then did the steering extension. I had to pull the truck out and turn it around to do the other side so we had light. When I did this the steering was super super tight. Basically like no Power steering, but once the other side was raised steering was fine again...

Did I bend or tweak something? It's really not the end of the world, mOre so just one of those - it wasn't here before, so why now? - questions

Thanks guys
