Help me identify a bolt, and possibly a solution

Hey, I have the same clunk from passenger front while turning right that a lot of people seem to have. For some reason also my passenger side front sits about 1/2" lower than my drivers side.

I saw a member say they loosened the upper arm bolt, retorqued it, gained 3/8" lift and solved a clunking issue.

Where would that bolt be? And after loosening it, what is the proper torque spec. Thanks in advance!

That bolt is the giant bolt going through the upper A-arm. You can see it if you open the hood. Torque spec is 87 ft. lbs.
