Help me Identify this sound coming from my 4runner!

Hello all,

I was referred here from /r/4runner. I have a 1999 highlander edition MT. Recently it has started to make a popping noise sometimes and I have no idea what it is. I recorded it driving around a parking garage ( weird sound - Clyp ). It's best heard at 00:48, 00:53, and 1:46 onwards.

I'd really appreciate it if I could get some assistance on what this could be.

just gussing could be sway bar links,bad lca bushings, itre's, or otre's also lbj's or loose shock bolts. More info, like does it happen when turning or straight. Is the noise front or back? Have you raised the wheels and pulled and pryed suspension components etc? How many miles on the lbj's? Is it lifted?

Yeah I will try to record it again this time only in the cabin. If it helps, I think this started because I hit a really nasty pothole on the highway.
