Help me identify what part I need

I'm hoping someone can tell me the name of the part that attaches to those prongs. It's missing and I want to replace it but don't know what its called.

i would call it a "front bumper fender flare"

Thanks for the response. I ended up finding out they are called "fender flare corners", (the part of the fender flare located on each end of the bumper)
