Help me pick my brake pads!

I'm having to stick with stock sized rotors and pads instead of going with one of the Tundra options due to my wheel choice. Not interested in using spacers either so I'm needing to find the best pad for my daily driver.

Going with Brembo blanks for my rotors as suggested previously.

I've looked at wheelers off road and they have a couple choices I'm considering
Powerstop Z36 TRUCK AND TOW PADS.....$75
Porterfield Racing Carbon Kevlar Pads.......$81.50

Stick figure suggested
Porterfield R4-S.......went to website but couldn't find a price
These may be the Carbon kevlars on wheelers but I'm not sure if they are the same

EBC Greenstuff 7000 series.......$86.19

Hawk LTS light truck and SUV pads....$71.00

I'm not stuck on any of these brands so if you have a better suggestion, suggest away.

I recently went through this too.
I went with Brembo blanks and did the Hawk Super Duty pads. The pads sucked and, I felt, were dangerous. They had little power till they warmed up then they would grab. Also they did not warm up at the same rate so the rig would pull to the right.

To confirm that it was the pads, I went to O'Reilly's and bought their "Best Brake Ceramic" pads for about $45. They are awesome. Much better than stock. They also stop perfectly straight. The power is immediate and consistent. I just put a set on my ford pickup since I liked them.

If you like cleaning brake dust off your wheels then those are great choices. I would use Wagner Quiet Stop ceramic pads. In fact I do use them and love them.

I would stay away from the green stuff pads. I've heard a lot of bad things about them. They may work, but are really messy and don't last very long.

I was going to go with Hawk performance but they stopped making them for the tundras and the LTS aren't as good.

I decided to give the new Platinum ceramic pads from advanced a try and I'm not sure yet if I like them. My pedal is really soft at times so I think I need to keep bleeding them before I make my final decision. They don't really grab very hard though. Everyone on here likes the wagner pro stops or factory pads.

i just did my brakes this weekend, i got a smokin deal on some brembo slotted rotors and bit the bullet on some Performance Friction carbon metallic pads. the pads were $90 but seem to be awesome, and came highly recommended. Bought mine at orielly auto

I actually use the Napa Ceramic Gold pads and they have been holding up well. Just put them in a few months ago when I did the TBM.
