Help me plan a Utah vacation

Hello people. We (wifey, myself, and baby) are going to start planning a trip to Utah for August/September. We are going to drive out, maybe off road to tent camp with the truck for a night or two but staying at hotels for the most part. We'll drive out on a Saturday, stay the week, drive home the following Saturday so we can have a day on the couch before going back to work.

The basic plan is pretty much to bounce around the national parks, we'll do 4-7 mile hikes somewhere different each day (we'll have a 5-6 month old with us so nothing real long) and maybe throw in a not real rugged off road drive one day while taking a rest from hiking (wifey hates real bumpy off road trails plus we'll have the baby). I'm looking for input on where to go and must see stuff, outdoor/scenic/nature photography is a hobby of mine (instagram = agent_outside) so I'm looking for the awesome views. Any input about logistics would be greatly appreciated. Where to hike, where to drive, where to camp, where to stay, ect.

White Rim tail in Canyonlands. You can do it in oneong day but it's a bit rushed. There are no reservations needed for driving through.

Great thing is Moab, Canyonlands, and Arches are all right next to eachother and all bring their own differnces. Not a single park is alike. As others have said White Rim is FUN(did it last year). Definitely would set aside more than a day just so you don't feel rushed. All in all a great area to explore, make sure you have extra fuel, water, and some tredz or maxtraxx just to be safe out there in the desert!
