Help mounting Sirius adapters on Nav install. Need ideas.

I recently purchased the AVN6620 from 4runner19 (Thanks Mark) and was wondering if anyone has some ideas or experience with where to mount the two sirius adapters. It's the eclipse ECL-SC1 and the SC-C1. I was thinking about under the passenger seat but not sure. Also am installing the IPC-106 for the Ipod if any thoughts on that.

I installed the SCC1 under the passenger side footwell with velcro. As long as the passenger doesn't kick up under the footwell, should never be a problem.
