Guys,
I am looking for a hopefully simple solution to this problem. My 21 month year old threw up in her car seat a few days ago. I cleaned up all the puke except for what tried up in the velcro that is part of the seatbelt which is attached to the carseat. I then did two days of spraying Febreeze on the material that makes it smell better, but does not last. Now as I go into my car I immediately pickup the scent of puke; will this go away? Do I need to do more?

I recommend something like "Nature's Miracle". It's an all natural product that removes stains and odours, specifically those left by your cat or dog...if you know what I mean. Works great on carpets. I have a dog and when she pukes, I soak the area with this stuff. Worth it's weight in gold.

you might want to try some of the skunk smell remover stuff.....i don't know where to find it, but i know it exists. if it's strong enough to remove skunk...i think it'll be enough to remove puke. sorry i'm not of much help! good luck!

The stuff for skunk is called Odor Mute. Dont know if it will work for puke. Natures miracle does work well.

You can get Nature's Miracle at a pet store and it should do the trick. I think it has enzymes that break down "organic" stains. It works on both the stain and the odor.
