Help! Mystery Plastic Blades

Brand new 2011 SR5 came with two black plastic "blades" or "shields" of some sort. They were in a clear bag in the trunk. No label or markings.

Each is about 14 inches long with a little bend in it. clearly a right one and left one. Looks like they should clip in somewhere, but we can figure out where.

Snow or bug shields for wipers? Windows? Headlights?

no access to camera right now...

part # is 52675-35020. 14" - 18" long, 1.5" wide. single peice of molded plastic with 5 half-inch clip-in tabs along one edge, and 2 "loop" tabs on the other edge at either end.

Definitely looks like it should match a bend in a door or body panel, but we can't figure out which one.

1st guess would be the small black detachable plastic pieces on the front lower part of your air-dam on the front of your 4R, one on the left side, one on the right side. They remove so there is better access to the tie down hooks behind them. I don't remember them being around 14" in length though? Some peoples 4R came with them installed others had similar questions and had to install them after purchase.

Well, just took a look when I was in the garage and they are a lot longer than I remember!
