Help..nicked leather wrapped steering wheel

I was cutting open a package in my 4runner and the scissor slipped and I slightly nicked the steering wheel (stupid thing to do). Now there is a small ding/tear (very, very, very small) . I am hoping it won't proceed to rip more but is there something I can do to fix/repair this. Any kind of leather repair or fill kit? The ding is the size of a tiny, tiny dot.

You might try a tiny tiny dot of clear nail polish under the rip to hold the fabric in place if there's a visible tear or flap... not much else you can do for something that small.

Thanks. Not a big rip, just a pinhole where the point of the scissor hit.
