Got it done this morning.
They were still difficult to get on there and one of the hoses that I attached directly on the tranny line didnt quiet get as far as I would like it to, about 1/4 inch off, but I dont think its going anywhere. Snugged everything down with the worm style clamps.
The most difficult part was routing the hoses and covering with additional rubber at contact points to avoid wearing holes in them.
It was kinda nice as the Hayden cooler came with little fittings covering the ports on the trannycooler during packaging, worked perfect for plugging the lines on the radiator.
Finished it up with a drain and fill of the tranny with Valvoline Max life, about 4.25 qts.
So both diffs, t-case, and tranny have fresh fluid.
