Help, Please! Very Important

Hi... So today, a close friend of mine and I went and tried to install the off-roading lights today... We hooked it up to the relay, to the battery, to the fuse, switch, the whole nine yards...
Well, when I went to crank it up, the power will come on, but the truck will not turn over... I tried to jump start it, it didn't do anything, when I took the jumper cable off the other truck, and I accidentally touched it together, and sparks went flying, so I know my battery has plenty of power.
The headlights will turn on, the signal will work, everything power related will work, but the truck will not start. I am wondering if one of y'all dealt with this situation before, and find out what went wrong, and I'm hoping y'all will help me out. Thank you for your time to read this.

I might be misinterpreting your explanation but a little clarification might help

No Start: Engine turns but doesnt fire up
No Crank: Turn key, wont do anything, except maybe starter clicks

Well, when I turn the key, nothing happens. Except for the things that is power related, like headlights, brake lights, turning signal, etc. except for that the off-roading light we installed didn't even work either. My fiancee told me that she may have heard starter clicking at one point, but we're both deaf, so we aren't sure about that.

Check simple things first. Check all fuses, maybe you ground something out or shorted something you didn't mean to and blew a fuse? If your EFI fuse is blown, you'll have those exact symptoms you're describing. Other things can cause that too but a bad EFI fuse is one of them. Check simple obvious things first then post back.

I finally figured out what was wrong with it... Somehow, I flipped the switch for the alarm system while wiring... I flipped it again, and it runs... and fixed the off-road lights too... but I gotta get a bigger amp fuse for the power inline

hey i've got a 96 t4r and i'm having the same problem. All my lights come on but it won't start. Where abouts is that switch ur talking about?

It may be in a different place, since we both have different years. But look under your steering console, near the fuse box on the left side, there should be a tiny switch near the fuse box.
