HELP! Removing armrest in back seats

I need to remove the center armrest in my back seats. I have a 2004 SR5 with the third row seats. I got as far as getting the cover off on the lefthand side by removing the phillips head screw. Now I see another phillips head screw and two bolts. I tried to get the screw out and it is torqued beyond belief. I am going to borrow a buddy's drill to try to get it out. It looks like that is the way to go but I want to double check. Any help or suggestions from anyone who has done this before. Do I just need to take the screw out or do I to take out the two bolts also. Thanks in advance for any advice!
