HELP!! Should I buy this t4r

I found a 2008 sport edition, white 86k v8 interior is in very good shape, exterior is also except the rear bumper has been repainted and it does not match the factory white well. All other areas on the exterior look very good. the under side has some surface rust on the rear diff. and on the frame welds but otherwise looks good. No info available on service history. It drives well, has like new michelin LTX A/2 tires.The dealer did not have a complete carfax, the last entry was at 47k. the only thing we would like to have are seat warmers and I know they don't come on the sport edition. They were asking 19,499 and came down to 17,500 with me having to pay taxes and title which will be about $950.

check the exhaust manifold for leaks, if so make them take off at least 1k since that is the going rate for new exhaust manifolds.

Also check all the 4wd things and such. It seems a very reasonable price.
