help w/ rear panel, steering wheel plz

Hey guys. I know, another "how do I" post. But I've been searching & reading various posts for the last week (til my eyes were almost bleeding) and can't find any mention of HOW to remove the rear trim panel. I just don't want to break or damage anything. I've also been searching extensively on how to remove the horn cover (steering wheel) as well and can't find anything. Been searching tundrasolutions, & sienna forums as well. So please don't just reply with "try the search function" cuz in this case it's not working. If I can get a link, pdf, anything, I'd appreciate it.

*edit* oh yeah, I guess I should probably add that it has the cargo management shelf too if it matters.
