Help with ARB Bumper

I need a little help identifying parts that supposedly came with the ARB bumper. I've tried fitting them in and can't seem to figure out where they go or how they are oriented. I think they are a closure or bash plate for under each side of the bumper in front of the wheel. They don't seem to fit that spot.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same parts. You're right on the location, it's actually where I tucked my trimmed fender liner into. I do recall one of the holes not lining up on both plates in the same spot. We drilled a new hole in that plate (both plates) you have pictured and were good to go. That was only one hole on each plate though, the rest all lined up perfect. Let me know if you can't sort it out and I'll try to get some photos.

Do you have a picture of one plate installed?

Sorry for the late reply, I'm out of town for a couple weeks. I got my brother to take a few photos today though for this, you can spot his 3rd gen in the background of the 2nd pic.

1st pic: taken head on from underneath. looking at the front of the passenger tire side.
2nd pic: taken just to the right of the first pic. basically taken from the center of the front bumper looking to the passenger front side of bumper.
3rd pic: taken from passenger side. front is to the right.

I hope these help!

PS - looking closer at your pictures: basically, if you were to stand directly in front of your 4runner, take the piece exactly as shown in the last pic you posted, rotate it 90 degrees counter clockwise, and lift it straight up onto the front driver side of the bumper, there should be holes for it to go into. They aren't tapped, so you'll need bolts/screws and nuts. The single oval slot on the stone guard (what ARB calls this piece i think) by itself actually bolts to the frame IIRC.

How old are your bumpers? Mine is a year old but it didn't come with those pieces nor is it drilled for them. Kind of wish I had those. Good brush and water protection.

I went round and round with ARB last year when I bought my ARB bumper. There were some older bumpers that had these 'wings', but they are no longer available.

those wing plates are for 06 to 09 arb bumpers and the 03 to 05 does not mine didn't not come with my bumper originally but i emailed arb and they ship it to me

Dan0317,

Do you happen to have the part number for the side "wings.'' I have an 07 with an ARB Bumper. I enquired with them via email and they replied with "we cannot find those parts..."

Also if you have the original part number of the bumper you ordered. I have ARB 3421510.

Thanks,
-Michael
