Help with C1340 fault code

It's 2000 SR5 with multi-mode t-case. All works fine, 4wd and center diff lock modes turn on and off well. Ecxept, I experience random ABS activation sometimes, random de-throttleing quite often (when pulling from stop) and one more thing I noticed - when in low range I randomly hear buzzing noice and car skid light blinks (it occurs when starting from stop, at low speeds and if I remeber correctly, no matter if the center diff is locked or not.)
No check engine, abs or any lights at all. Today pulled this code from abs ecu. Cleared it but it returns instantly.
Any ideas, what it could be ?
Any input is appretiated. Thanks

So,
Chat GPT says :
For a 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner (1996–2002), ABS/TRAC/VSC code C1340 means:

C1340 – Rear Speed Sensor RH Circuit Malfunction

It’s essentially the same fault as C1407 — Toyota just used different numbering in certain years or ABS module versions. Both point to the rear right (passenger side) wheel speed sensor circuit..
