Help with HU wiring on 5gen SR5

I've got the base SR5 model, without any option.
I can't find that dam VSS and reverse wire. If you look at that diagram(thanks kingpin748!) , it says G9-3

Well, look at this picture. This is my wiring harness. As you can see, I've got no G9-3.






Any idea were I can tap on the VSS and reverse wire. Also, does VSS and reverse are the same or different wire?

Is it is the wire that turns on the reverse lights when the gear shift goes in reverse? The reason I asked is because I just got done having a rear mirror camera installed in my SR5 and the instructions that came with the kit has a pretty good diagram of which wire should be tapped into if one is going to use the reverse to start the camera. I have to leave now so I will not be able to read your answer until tomorrow, but if you wish, I can scan that page and send it to your private e-mail tomorrow......just let me know. Be safe.

you do have the wire...you have to look at the male side of the harness from the back. It's the Sky Blue wire (VSS) the upper 3rd one from the left in the top picture.

as for as the reverse wire...........

It looks like G9-7, steering pad switch


However, this schematic doesn't make any sense since my yellow (power) and ground are not were the diagram says. I must have the wrong shematic.

Ok, I think I've found the problem. The wiring is not the same on the JBL vs non-JBL Sr5.

Here's the right wiring for the non-jbl SR5 :

The only thing missing right now is the reverse speed wire.

Is there another page to the terminal diagram? I'm getting ready to install some stereo equipment and I don't see any rear speaker connections listed.
I'm installing a JL 700/5 amp and an Audio Control LCQ-1 processor with new speakers and will retain the stock head unit for now.
