HELP with JBL Radio Switch Question

I've got a 2005 toyota 4ruuner limited 4WD and it has the jbl 6 disc cd changer with rear aremote for the kids. It shows in the owner manual Z17044 However the number on the front of radio is 56836 and the numbers on the radio is 86120-35201 The cd player went out and was looking @ replacing it with a radio from a wrecked 2004 toyota 4runner that is touch screen with voice navagation and the number on the back is 86120-35241....WILL THIS WORK, JUST BY SWITCHING THE RADIOS? Please HELP with response.
Old radio # 86120-35201
New radio I want to put in 86120-35241
