So I bought the 2.5 spacer kit from DayStar. My local shop is putting it on but just wanted to know if there was a HOW-TO on here somewhere about doing it. I searched and couldnt find anything.

Thanks...

well actually theres been a change of plans. I ordered a 3" Toytec Full Suspension Kit instead and me a Mike07se are gonna put it in on saturday.

my local shop, klausmeiers was gonna do the space install for $250 with align. they dont usually do lifts tho.

Had to get the Toytec because my one shock was leaking in the back and there was an issue with the front left strut. Just felt it was easier...and cheaper...do get a Toytec kit instead.

I'm stoked to see how this turns out man. You're really gonna like this!

I know man I can't wait. Its gonna look awesome. Just have to eventually get bigger tires, especially with the 3inch

i don't want to hi-jack your thread here...but do you (or anyone else out there) know if the front lift kit they sell at the stealership is any good?

i believe this is it:
http://www.readylift.com/c-87-4runner-2003-2007-2wd-4wd-225.aspx

not sure if there is a huge difference in approach or technology between this, Daystar, CornFed...etc. my 2005 V8 is currently 3" nose down and i'd like to get it as close to even as possible.

no problem bro. u have the limited so dont you have x-reas? the kit says its for ones without x-reas. I orginally got a DayStar kit from autoanything .com and only paid 159 free shipping. i personally think its a better deal than that one, someone correct me if im wrong.

the only reason im not using the daystar is because i need new shocks anyway so im just replacing the whole system.

just my opinion bro.

Hey man, your Runner is going to look sick with that lift. I'm pumped to see some pics after the install. I'm actually searching around for a lift kit myself. Do you guys know of any other local shops that you would recommend for installing lifts?? I'm not too experienced when it comes to self installs like this. Hope the lift goes on well for you guys this weekend!
