95 4runner

Hey guys i need some help.
just bought a 95 4 runner.
has a new distributor, wires and plugs,
i cleaned the M.A.F. sensor.
i Replaced the Fuel filter.
it has a real real tough time climbing hills sometimes but the worst thing is
that it feels like it doesnt get gas or somthing it boggs out or skipps.
and i can hold the gas pedel to the floor and still climbs little by little?
not sure if anyone on here has had this problem?
please help.
i did my own diagnostics on it and it gave me three codes?
but it said probable cause only..
and there was a bunch of them.
anyone ever have this problem?
the three codes i got was 14,24, and 25,
keep in mind i did a obd1 test so i had to count the flashes.
