Help with my harness on my 2000

I've got a 2000 4Runner with the large DIN CD/Cassette radio. The problem is that I don't have any power or ground going to the head unit. I have power under the hood. I have power at the fuse under the dash. The cigarette lighter and power ports, which are on the same fuse, all work. I just don't have anything to the radio.

So does anyone know where there would be a connector between the radio and the fuse panel? Or which plug on the fuse panel goes to the radio?

I also have a cylinder 2 misfire. My engine is the 2.7 california 4cyl. I thought that it was just the O2 sensor, which was throwing a trouble code, but I replaced that and nothing. The vehicle just sucks the gas horribly. I can just watch the gauge go down on short trips. Anyways, it sounds like an injector that is stuck open to me. If anyone has any input that would be appreciated.

Abe, does your t4r have the premium stereo w the amp if so the power pass through it so that may be a place to look GL usually its located just below the radio

Radio troubleshoot.

I believe that I have a built in amplifier. I found the wire diagrams for the radio. I have two questions about them. My hot wire is blu/yel and goes through the (Driver's side J/B), what is J/B? the it goes to the center J/B, and then finally to the radio. What is the J/B.

Second question: What is R/B? As in Engine Room R/B.
