Help with P0171 and P0174

Hey guys, I got the apparently common lean conditions among other related codes and am stuck on a fix. Here's what happened.

'14 LE with 43K miles. Drove this past weekend and got gas at an unfamiliar station. Made a few stops and then noticed it was taking much longer to crank and fire up. Eventually codes popped up. Got home cleared P0171 and P0174 among others and still hard start. Battery is fine.
Replaced MAF and it seemed to get slightly worse, original MAF was perfectly clean. Added fuel injector cleaner to the tank the day before and planned to drive the tank around and get fresh fuel. Got nervous with the lean condition and tried something else.
Disconnected the negative terminal and came back an hour later. Vehicle barely started (10 second crank time) and ran like crap. Would barely idle, eventually smoothed out but has zero power.
I'm at a loss at the moment but this was not a gradual "issue" it was step changes every time I tried something. Any help is appreciated...

On my fuel cap (2013 SR5) it says use E10 only. If you got E85 or something other than E10 - it might explain your problem.

P0171 and 174 are lean on bank 1 and 2. Could be a vacuum leak. Rubber vacuum hoses get brittle over time and will break.

Why yes, it has. Why do you ask?

For other posters, the vehicle ran like a top. I've checked the MAF, it's fine, did a smoke test it's fine. Just runs like crap. Trying short trips to burn the tank off and see if it's ONLY bad fuel. That is the only thing that makes sense, fuel cap is on tight.

Did you happen to buy high ethanol fuel (E85)? High ethanol fuel will damage your fuel system. The owners manual recommend that you buy Top Tier gas: TOP TIER™ Gasoline Brands. Top Tier gas has more cleaners than others, and will keep you fuel system cleaner; you will not need fuel additives.
