Help with suspension

I've had my new suspension setup for a little while now and I've never been happy with it. It looks really good, but it just rides too harsh. This weekend, I had a 200lb passenger and another 200lbs worth of stuff from sams club in the back and it rode great! How do I get it to ride like this all the time?
Are the 906 springs too stiff and I should switch to 890's?
Are the Biltstein 5125's too stiff 24-065283 (298/94 valving)

I was having trouble finding shocks that weren't too long and my springs would fall out or too short that would explode when bottomed out.

If I read the correctly, you are running Bilstein 5125 with OME 906's in the rear.

If this is correct, that mean you are running stock suspension in the front. I would recommend getting a front lift to "level" your truck out. Maybe the extra 200lb's in the back helped level out the suspension and it drove a little nicer.
Just read you signature. Not sure how you're running Bilstein 5100 in the rear. Those only fit on the front on 3rd gens.

The 906's are shorter vs the 890's. Not sure which are stiffer, but if I had to guess, I would say the 890's are stiffer bv the 906's.

Plus, why are you using your 4Runner as a grocery getter? haha  :jk

In his sig he's running the tundra setup up front, which is known to be a bit stiff in the first place IIRC.

I'd say look into some 550# coilovers up front or some 881's. LC 7 wraps for the rear if you want to soften everything up.

My rig is level the way it sits now. Like I said, I like the way it sits and don't want to go any higher than it is.
The 5125's came from down south motorsports and are made for an f150 but they said they have had good luck with them. They were the perfect lengths but I think the valving may be too high for the load.
The 906s are 220lb springs while the 890s are 190lb so they are softer but they are also taller. I'm just wondering if the springs really make that much of a difference or is it all in the shocks. I was looking for someone that has more knowledge on how the combos work.
The setup would be great if I were always towing a boat or something as it was great with the extra weight!
