Help with system install using factory JBL Nav

I have been planning to do a full system install in a 2006 Limited 4x4 with factory JBL nav. I will be keeping the factory nav as I already invested an iPod adaptor and do not want to lose my steering wheel controls.

So I have not found anyone who has integrated a full system around the factory Nav. I am looking for help with wiring two amps (1 for highs, 1 for sub) using an AudioControl LC6i.

Do I pull signal before or after the factory amp? Which wires do I tap? Should I grab signal after the amp and into the AudioControl as it has auto summing of channels?
Do I need to keep the factory amp? For the BT speaker? For rear entertainment system?

Using the many great posts on this forum I want to begin by stripping the interior and installing a full layer of Raamat throughout, especially on the rear to try to muffle the resonance from the Borla exhaust.

I then want to replace the factory speakers in the doors and add a sub in a custom enclosure using the factory sub location. I will most likely stop using the center channel.

Any help with the best way to wire up two aftermarket amps will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Seems like a good plan. It might take more than one layer to get rid of most of the exhaust noise.

Which sub, speakers, and amps are you going with?
