Help with tie rod removal please

My 4Runner failed inspection the other day for 'excessive play' in the inner tie rods. I replaced the p/s one without any dramas but the d/s is being a total b!tch. I've tried everything I know to pop the tie rod end out of the knuckle but the bas**** won't budge. I've tried beating the living sh!t out of it, i've even virtually destroyed my tie rod removal tool (the forked style).
It got to the point where the stupid phucker broke and I'm left with this.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get this out??

Do you have access to an air chisel?

No air tools unfortunately.

I'm going to try the heat it and beat it routine next.

Did you try this type of puller? Autozone and many others have them as part of thier loan-a-tool program.
