Not a 4runner but another car that suffers from pink milkshake, the specific car was car and had the radiator replaced along with two drain and fills. Just drove it about 60 miles and ten all of a sudden the temp on it spiked and didn't come back down. Could this and the pink milkshake be related?

Brand new radiator leaked ALL of its fluid within 60 miles...? F*€k American cars and American parts I swear. Lol. After about an hour of "how the hello am I gonna drive this thing to Walmart with NO fluid and some chunky milkshake remnants in the radiator" I managed to get a gallon of water from Burger King in this pitcher they let me use. (Thank god for kind people) and pushing the loosely gripping overflow hose back onto it's spout (after coming loose and shooting milkshake everywhere) drove it to Walmart picked up a hose clamp and a gallon of water, spent about 15-20 minutes refilling the radiator with water (why waste $20 on real coolant that's just gonna leak everywhere) got everything hooked back up and running at a normal temp and made the 2-2.5 hour drive back home without any problems... My friends dad is gonna check out the car and figure out what exactly cause the radiator to completely empty itself so quick. Literally went from normal 40% to 90% within a block.
