That thing is prices a bit over $2000 too high for being just the 4 cylinder. I've driven a 4cylinder 4Runner and there's no way I'd want to drive one on a daily basis here in Colorado,too many inclines around here that makes even the V6 feel a bit taxed.

Amen to that! Ran a 4 cylinder Taco and I would be struggling in the mountians. I ended up being "that guy" to many times.

Oh yeah, I hated "that guy" that struggled to get up I-70 but stayed in the left lane. Hopefully you were respectful enough to stay in the middle lane so as not to not impede the fast drivers in the left or the trucks in the right...

I used to drive an old buick century up snowboarding all the time. That 5 mile incline drag heading east into Eisenhower stuck me right between 4th and OD every time. Once I overheated and started pumping boiling coolant out the reservoir cap. I got laughed at by all the college students driving by me as I was pulled over in the shoulder. That old bird couldn't keep up on the inclines either. I had to drive it like a truck and get it up to 90 on the downhills to carry me up the hills at a decent speed.
