Hesitation after lift

I recently put a 3 inch toytec bilstein lift on my 3rd gen and am witnessing some power loss and I'm still running the same wheels and tires that I had before. Any ideas on what's going on. The lift shouldn't have affected anything, but seems like somethings holding it back, maybe brakes, idk. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

The lift is likely pulling on the e brake cable that runs from the axle to the cab. Try unbolting the mounting bracket for it and see if it helps. The bracket will be on the drivers side.

Your rear wheels/drums will be hot if they are dragging enough to cause a "power loss", and I would think the smell would be certainly obvious.
I haven't heard of it being noticeable, but the CVs being at a greater angle has got to cause SOME greater resistance.
