Just picked up a beautiful 2006 4runner sport edition V8 2WD with 67,000 miles! I'm so excited and want to do a lot of stuff to it but not I'm not sure where to start! So excused the dumb questions and it's great to be here!

Welcome aboard sir! You'll find lots of knowledgeable ppl here with great advice. Only 67K miles, thats really low, most RNRS that age have double that. Good find. Even so I would start out with the basics: oil change, check all fluids,belts and hoses. From there its all about $$$. Whats ur budget? Tires and wheels are probably the single biggest change u can do to affect performance and looks. Some quality shocks like a Bilstein will do wonders for ride and handling also. You're in a great position... u have a blank slate. I sure some other members will have some great ideas. Keep us posted!
