That's not a seat cover, that's the actual OEM Toyota upholstery.
Best bet is to find a complete matching driver's seat from the junkyard, eBay or RockAuto or something.

My bad that's what I meant (OEM upholstery), someone told me there was a website where you could buy the original upholstery and just swap it yourself. Can't find it anywhere though so they were probably talking about something else. Gonna try junkyards then, thanks man!

I don't doubt that if you dig long enough, you "may" find one that deals in all manners of OEM upholstery replacements, BUT generally speaking it is far easy and more common to find some that have replacement upholstery for 4Runners that have the Leather seats as those tend to need replacing much more often than the cloth seats.
For seats like yours, I'd argue that you'd have an easier time finding a used replacement in better condition. It will probably come out cheaper in the end as well. And replacing the entire seat will be much less of a hassle than having to replace just the skin.

Yup. Find a good passenger seat and swap the seat bottom to your driver's seat.

The wiring on the passenger seat is different from the driver's seat - there is a occupancy sensor on the seat bottom in addition to the seat belt sensor, so while the swap is easy, there is a minor modification to make to the seat cushion wiring.
