Hey just got a 4 runner! Help please.

Hey I'm new to this forum as well as cars. I just bought a 1994 4x4 4runner v6 3.0. I don't know much about it or why it makes certain noises but would like to discuss with someone experienced before I try to repair it or take it in. Please send me a message or reply here. Thanks.

whats it doing? or what kind of noises is it making and from where if you can tell. its pretty hard to tell where i noise is coming from sometimes

I think the noise is coming from the engine but its like a ticking and sounds like its spinning or something. It goes when I gas it and gets louder as I gas more but stop when I'm not gasing it. Also it creaks when I turn at high radius or whatever hmm and my reverse gear whines a bit when I reverse it.
