First off, you have absolutely no grounds for that.
Second, I was merely pointing out the "Super" part of your name. I know you are a Mod because your name is on the home page next to the thread sections with the rest of the Moderators. I could care less. But the man asked why you are super, not whether or not you are a moderator. You have taken it out of context.

I actually asked for the ability to BAN years ago, since sometimes it can make things run smoother, especially if there is a spammer.
Actually, we were given the name "supermoderator" by the administrator's since we have the ability to BAN, which I see has happen to you.josh220 said:

First off, MikesToy's question does not pertain to you, I can and will respond to his question as I see fit.
Why did you respond? I can draw my own theories why you chose to respond when labudash's question has been fully addressed, but it doesn't need to be revisited.

I did not ban you. If you think or believe it's a personal issue I have with you, I could've banned you without saying a word when I become a mod without giving you the slightest clue who and why you were banned.
Josh220 getting banned is not up for discussion.
As for anyone else who feels that I'm out to ban you, I'm not. I will ban you if you're violating forum rules after being warned.

Well, because it's text, no one can tell the tone it's spoken in or the expression, and it can be easily be misconstrued. Your original and subsequent posts gave me nor other moderators any indication of it being sarcasm. Whether it was intended as sarcasm from the getgo or not, we can debate that to no end. What's said has been said, and what's done is done.
If anything, hopefully anyone new to Internet communication be it on a forum, instant messaging, email, etc. will know that text is just that and it's up to the reader's interpretation. Emoticons can help guide the type of expression, but it's no guarantee.
As you've said, time to move on.

Josh / HB, IIRC I had sent you a couple of warnings myself - so I can't say I'm surprised to see that one of the mods finally got fed up 
Normally I'd immediately delete/ban any new aliases but I will not do so in this case because you have contributed some useful posts and I'm hoping you will turn over a new leaf as "HB". I'm closing this thread since the OP's questions have been answered and I'd like us to put this matter to rest.
