I finally got my 85 4runner from my father inlaw today. needs a little work but should be up and running soon. just wondering if there is anyplace that sells parts for it? I haven't found any type of online stores.

let me tell you have it has now.
has 1.5" suspension lift
30x10.50x15 tires

I have a sponsor (from another car) and will be getting a new set of tires for the 4 runner. I'm going to put 33x12.50x15 on it. can I use the stock wheels? or should I get some 15 x 8s? and I'm going to go with a small lift to clear the wheels. the lift is new lift springs. I am going to go with lift blocks in the back and maybe shackles in the front maybe? well that is about it for now. happy to be here and hope to get some good info here. thanks.

There's tons of vendors.

What kind of parts ? wheeling parts, performance parts, dressup parts ?
Is it going to be for trails, mud, rock crawling, or mall cruising?

i just want to do trails. I'm sure the 30" tires will do it, but it needs tires.

33's are a good size tire. Typically you don't need to regear like you would with anything larger. There will be some power loss, but most people can live with it.

You could go with a 2" BL and 2" shackle lift front and rear to fit them, or are you putting on new springs ? not quite sure from the post.

12.50's usually go on an 8-10" rim, what size are your stockers?

I think i'm going to stick with with the 30" tires for now, maybe throw a spacer on them for now. just have fun with it untill i feel the need for more.
